You might ask yourself, what the hell is that^^?? Well, it appears that Jay-Z & Beyonce got them some matching tattoos. If you look closely, you can tell they both have tattoos that read "IV" on their wedding fingers. These internets are buzzing about what that stands for (many sources claim the two are secretly married). Out of all the theories I have come across, the one that makes the most sense to me is that the tattoos represent the fact that both of their birthdays are on the fourth of the month; Beyonce's September 4th while Hov's December 4th.
