Eminem Reflects On His Racist Ways

Read...

Eminem is on his way back. After recently revealing that he was in the process of recording a new record, an untitled track has made its way to the internet.

On the new song, Em speaks on a series of tapes leaked by The Source magazine back in 2003, where he was heard using racial slurs and referred to black women as dumb gold diggers and bitches.

At the time the tracks made their way to the net, the rapper came forward to explain that the recordings were made before he was the age of 18, immediately after he had broken up with a black girl who broke his heart.

At press time, it is not known if the new untitled track would appear on his forthcoming as-yet-titled project.

Em revealed in September, during an interview on New York's Hot 97 radio station, that he has been in and out of the studio over the past year, despite being quiet in the public eye.

"I'm always working -- I'm always in the studio," the rapper said during the interview. "It feels good right now ... for a while, I didn't want to go back to the studio ... I went through some personal things. I'm coming out of those personal things (and) it feels good."

There is no current date for the new project, but Dr. Dre, who said recently that he will release his long-awaited Detox album in 2008, revealed that he is busy working on Em's next album, which is the reason for the even longer delay for his last album.
