This is a preview of Jay-Z & Pharrell's new collabo. It was inspired by the "American Gangster" movie...but that's besides the point. What does Jay-Z mean by "that's where they made me at" when referring to the '80s. Last time I checked, 1968 would fall in the '60s category...but hey, what do I know?
