Beyoncé’s Kuala Lumpur debut was canceled thanks to protests from Malaysia’s Muslim groups. Beyoncé also reportedly refused to conform to the code, which doesn’t allow female performers to show any skin from the top of the chest down to the knees, and thus impeding on her ability to be “Bootylicious.”
