The drama surrounding Keyshia, Neffie and their mama continues on in the second season of BET's "Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is"... and so do the high ratings.

According to the network, the premiere on Tuesday is the top returning series premiere in BET history, and is the No. 1 original series premiere this season.

The episode, which saw the singer move her mother and sister Neffeteria (Neffie) from Oakland into her house in Atlanta, drew 1.49 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research.

In future episodes, Cole attempts to deal with all of her family drama while putting the finishing touches on her new CD, "Just Like You." The program airs on Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.

TALLAHASSEE, FL (AP) -- Rapper Faheem Najm, known as "T-Pain," turned himself in today after being wanted on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license and a non-moving violation.

Officers observed Najm, a Tallahassee native, driving a Lamborghini Gallardo in June. At the time, officials say his driver's license had been revoked for being a habitual traffic violator.

T-Pain turned himself in to the Leon County jail and was later released. He is scheduled to perform Sunday at the Tallahassee Civic Center.

Things keep getting worse for America's favorite bounty hunter, just days after a taped hate-filled tirade was released.

A&E has now pulled "Dog the Bounty Hunter" from the air indefinitely. "In evaluating the circumstances of the last few days, A&E has decided to take `Dog The Bounty Hunter' off the network's schedule for the foreseeable future," the network said in a statement Friday. "We hope that Mr. Chapman continues the healing process that he has begun."

Officials for the network said the series, one of the network's top-rated programs, has not been canceled. Yet.

Da Brat Will F*ck You Up

Rapper and Mariah Carey BFF Da Brat was arrested outside of Atlanta, after allegedly busting a waitress in the face with a bottle of rum at Jermaine Dupri's Studio 72 nightclub around 1:15 AM today.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brat (real name: Shawntae Harris) got into an altercation with the waitress after she bumped into the rapper. The two began pushing and shoving each other until she walked away. That's when Brat allegedly assaulted her with a bottle.

The "Celebrity Fit Club" star is currently in custody and has been charged with felony aggravated assault. She'll be arraigned in the next 72 hours. Da Brat was previously arrested in 2000 for pistol-whipping a woman in an Atlanta nightclub -- she pleaded guilty and was put on probation.
