Lil' Fizz featuring Ray J. - "Beds/Go Hard"

Okay so you have Lil' Fizz and Ray J....two of the cornniest people in the game...put them on one song/video and what do you have? A complete disaster. I will say this though...the beat to "Beds" is aight but that's about it. "Go Hard", which is performed by Fizz alone, is actually quite good. Let me know what you think!

Rick James...BET's Most Fabulous Freak

As some of you might know, BET aired a special called "Top 25 Fabulous Freaks". Rick James was #1, Superhead was #2, and Uncle Luke was #3. Many others, including Michael Jackson, Mike Tyson and Ne-Yo, made the list.

Knocked Up

Damn, doggie. You did it. You ruined your life. LOL sike naw. I wish him the best. Something in my soul thinks this is a big mistake but we'll see. I'll keep you posted.

RUMOR ALERT: I'm hearing from a bunch of people that Tameka's pregnant with twins. This is yet to be confirmed so please don't run with it.

Creme Of The Crop BET Awards After Party

As you can see, it was very much a B-(Lil' Kim), C-(Solange, Nicole Scherzinger & Keri Hilson), and D-List(Goldie) affair, minus T.I.(debatable). For more pics, check Concrete Loop.

Move Over Beyonce

How did I miss this gem of a photo? If you don't already know, this is Saaphyri from Charm School. I think I'm in love.

EXPOSED: Ludacris & Madonna Affair!

Okay I'm lying. But Luda has signed on to appear in a movie that's being directed by Madonna's husband, Guy Ritchie. Luda plays an American rapper who's trying to break into the British music scene. Perfect.

The movie, called "RocknRolla"(???), also features Thandie Newton and has already started shooting in London.

Don't know how many of you give a shit or not but word is that Spike Lee will be directing on Broadway. It's gonna be a play called "Stalag 17", which is a remake of a 1951 play of the same name.

Odd pairings at the BET Awards festivities...

.....Sheryl Underwoord & Larry Birkhead; Vivica Fox & Larissa from Charm School

Sheryl Underwood is the love of my life.

Beyonce Knowles...Innovator or Swagger Jacker?

Damned if she do....damned if she don't. It turns out that that the robot theme from Beyonce's performance yesterday has been used before. My thing is that when it comes to stage performances, you are bound to swagger-jack someone because it's all been done before. Anyways here goes...

Exhibit A: Whitney Houston performance from "The Bodyguard"

Exhibit B: Kylie Minogue on tour

Kanye West - "Stronger"

Kanye West premiered the video for "Stronger" on TRL in Germany. Don't know if this is gonna be put out in the US or not. Hope so 'cause this joint is sick. Will definitely be gettin' sauced up to this one..

Foxy Misses Court Date

Ill Na Na missed her court date the day before her beatdown was said to have happened. Failure to do so again could mean jail time.

On the other hand, her reps "showed off" a Louis Vuitton bag, an American Express Black Card, a Rolex watch, and a diamond-encrusted ring, as proof that she wasn't robbed. Are these people serious? I shall say no more.

Now Ain't That Some Shit

It turns out that OJ Simpson didn't write a single word of his never-released book, "If It Did It".

According to the NY Post, he was approached with the project and agreed to it as long as he was getting paid. In preparation for TV interviews, he rehearsed crying scenes for an interview that was taped, but never aired.

Lacking moral boundaries is a severe situation.
